Education Specialist

Supports UNICEF Cameroon’s education programme from planning through delivery, helping children and adolescents access quality inclusive learning. The UN Volunteer contributes analysis, programme management, monitoring, technical support and partnerships with government and other stakeholders to resolve barriers, build capacity and improve learning results in humanitarian and development settings.

• Contribute to situation analyses, research, data collection and results-based education planning
• Support implementation, track progress and monitor programme resources
• Prepare reports and help address bottlenecks affecting education delivery
• Conduct field visits and provide technical and operational support to partners
• Build relationships with government, UN, NGO and donor partners
• Prepare advocacy and fundraising materials and support capacity-building initiatives

• At least three years of professional experience in education programme planning, management or research
