Job Description
UNICEF seeks an Education Officer for its Lviv Field Office to support equitable, inclusive learning opportunities. The incumbent provides operational and administrative support throughout programme planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, while coordinating with government, NGOs, UN agencies, donors and partners to strengthen education responses and recovery efforts.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support programme development and planning
- Manage programme monitoring and delivery of results
- Provide technical and operational support to programme implementation
- Build networks and partnerships
- Support innovation, knowledge management and capacity building
Role Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Science or another relevant technical field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in education, programme management or research
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
- Experience in developing countries, the UN system or international organizations
- Emergency experience
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
