Job Description
Provides technical and operational support to IOM's Socioeconomic Inclusion and Labour Migration Unit, helping coordinate and monitor initiatives on employability, dual education, entrepreneurship and business development. The consultant reviews project documentation, tracks delivery and results, manages programme information, and supports collaboration with public institutions, companies and implementing partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination and technical follow-up of LMI projects on dual education, entrepreneurship, employability and business development
- Track consultants, suppliers and implementing partners by reviewing workplans, schedules, methodologies, deliverables and verification evidence
- Review technical and programme documentation and provide observations and recommendations
- Support implementation of the Enterprise Development Fund, including calls, evaluation, selection, technical visits and follow-up with beneficiary firms
- Monitor project indicators, targets and results and analyse quantitative and qualitative information
- Maintain management tools, databases, schedules, reports, presentations and technical notes
- Support meetings, workshops and field visits and follow up on commitments, risks and pending actions
Role Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, International Relations, International Cooperation, Local Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Policy or a related field
- Minimum two years of professional experience related to the consultancy
- Experience in at least one area of socioeconomic inclusion, livelihoods, employability, vocational training, dual education, entrepreneurship, business development, SME strengthening or project management
- Oral and written Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Experience working with international organizations, public institutions, the private sector or civil-society organizations

Additional Information
- Six-month consultancy
- IOM covers occupational accidents and illnesses but consultants must provide proof of their own non-occupational medical insurance
- Appointment is subject to funding confirmation, medical fitness, accreditation, residency or visa requirements and security clearances
