Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead discovery phases and institutional process mapping
- Diagnose gaps and validate digital initiatives
- Define and prioritize digital product roadmaps
- Draft terms of reference for information systems
- Manage product releases and evaluate technologies
- Implement change management and capacity building
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in IT, computer sciences, engineering, economics and management, business administration, law or related field
- Two years relevant experience with bachelor degree; no experience required with relevant master degree
- English and Romanian fluency
