Job Description
The consultant provides technical support to hospitals and health-service providers. The role improves registration, validation and reporting of individual health-service records, supports RIPS analysis and billing follow-up, strengthens health-information tools and assists psychosocial teams to report timely, consistent service data for IOM’s migration and health programme in Colombia.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to hospitals and health-service providers on registering, validating and reporting RIPS
- Support analysis of health-service records and follow up hospital billing processes
- Contribute to monitoring and reporting project activities and beneficiaries
- Support development or implementation of health-information tools
- Support psychosocial professionals to register individual and collective activities
- Maintain confidentiality and strengthen data-protection practices
Role Requirements
- Professional degree in administration, business administration, health-information systems, systems engineering or a related field
- Three years of general experience and at least two years of specific experience in health assistance projects or health-information systems
- Experience with RIPS, clinical records, health databases or vital statistics
- Strong database and reporting skills
