Consultoría: Actualización de normativa y lineamientos sobre prevención de violencia educativa

Provides technical assistance to Bolivia’s UEGG and teacher-training directorate to strengthen prevention and response to violence affecting children and adolescents in education. The consultant reviews regulations and protocols, identifies gaps, and develops updated standards and guidelines for prevention, detection, referral and response in schools and digital environments.

• Review national regulations, management instruments and protection protocols
• Identify strengths, gaps and improvement opportunities in violence-prevention mechanisms
• Develop updated institutional standards and guidelines
• Support prevention, detection, referral and response procedures
• Coordinate technical inputs with education and protection stakeholders
• Document recommendations for educational and digital environments

• University degree in education, law, social sciences or a related field
• Relevant professional experience in educational policy, child protection or violence prevention
• Spanish proficiency
