Job Description

This consultancy supports UNU’s Putrajaya operations through procurement, asset-management, travel and office-administration services. The role maintains ERP processes and reporting, oversees records and supplier information, coordinates administrative support and relocation activities, and prepares information for financial closing and audit responses while upholding compliant service delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support supply-chain ERP business processes, user issue resolution and user-guide updates
  • Monitor procurement transactions and monthly spend analysis while ensuring compliance with UN and UNU procurement rules
  • Coordinate acquisition plans, review technical specifications, respond to procurement queries and maintain supplier evaluation reports
  • Support solicitations, quotations, bid evaluation, contract-condition negotiations and procurement reporting
  • Manage Putrajaya asset records, tagging, custodial receipts, physical verification and reconciliation
  • Support travel ERP processes, monthly travel analysis, insurance-renewal reports, travel-entitlement advice and travel requests and claims
  • Support Putrajaya office administration, relocation planning, common-services coordination and maintenance requests
  • Prepare information for year-end financial closing and responses to audit findings and recommendations

Role Requirements

  • Secondary education with specialised certification and four years of progressive relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or another relevant field with two years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail and mastery of current office software
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Desired Criteria

  • Relevant experience in an international organisation
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Oracle or PeopleSoft
