Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and deliver road policing training programmes and workshops
- Coach and mentor road police through observation and follow-up discussions
- Provide written feedback and guidance to road policing agencies
- Assess target-community contexts for locally relevant capacity building
- Liaise with government and non-government organisations
- Share information with GRSP partners and stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Advanced training in a key area related to road policing excellence
- At least six years of road policing experience
- Experience applying road policing tactics, deterrence principles and research-driven practices
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to travel and work internationally
Desired Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, public health, social sciences or a related field
- Good command of French, Spanish or Arabic
- Good command of Portuguese
