Job Description
Conducts an independent end-to-end review of the Cold Chain Team’s Service Bundle Pricing Tool for refrigerators and freezers in target countries. The consultant assesses its analytical robustness, governance and environmental controls, operational usability and strategic relevance, then delivers actionable recommendations that improve future procurement decision-making for cold-chain services.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct an independent end-to-end assessment of the Service Bundle Pricing Tool
- Assess the tool’s analytical robustness
- Assess governance and control of the tool environment
- Assess operational usability and strategic relevance for procurement decisions
- Provide actionable recommendations for future procurement decision-making
Role Requirements
- Master of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field
- At least five years of consulting experience in service contracting and pricing for strategic commodities
- Experience developing benchmarking tools for service contracting and pricing
- Supply chain management experience
- Cold chain or medical equipment management experience in low-resource settings
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Public-sector, UN or UNICEF experience
- Knowledge of another UN language
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and process large datasets
