• Review programme documentation, learning materials and available monitoring evidence
• Assess programme achievements, constraints and future strategic choices
• Consult UNITAR staff, partners and potential future collaborators
• Develop recommendations for scale-up, sustainability and resource mobilisation
• Prepare a modular transition proposal and investment-case outline

• Relevant education and professional experience
