IOM seeks a international consultant for youth empowerment through ecotourism to support migration-related services and programme delivery in São Tomé. The role will apply evidence-based operational, protection and coordination practices, work with relevant authorities and partners, and deliver reliable results that strengthen assistance for migrants and communities through the IOM country office.
