Job Description
The Agile Coach will guide CERN's Business Computing group through finance, procurement, logistics and human-capital-management transformation projects. The role trains teams and partners in lean-agile practice, facilitates workshops, improves collaboration and information flow, and builds agile maturity, accountability and continuous improvement across product teams, managers and stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate business-transformation projects
- Train individuals and teams in agile techniques and frameworks
- Design a strategy to improve collaboration and information flow between software teams and business stakeholders
- Coach and facilitate lean-agile workshops for product teams, business representatives and stakeholders
- Increase knowledge of lean-agile practices with the Lean-Agile Chapter
- Promote an agile mindset, high-performing team dynamics, accountability and continuous improvement
Role Requirements
- Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of professional experience since graduation, or a PhD with a maximum of 3 years of professional experience since graduation
- Nationality of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State
- Applicants must not previously have held a CERN fellow or graduate contract
- Experience working with Scrum teams in a scaled agile context
- Experience with product-management frameworks and business-transformation projects
- Spoken and written English with a commitment to learn French
Desired Criteria
- Studies in computer science or organisational psychology
- Agile certification such as Scrum Master or Leading SAFe
- Design-thinking skills
