Job Description
Supports ITU's AI for Good initiatives within the Telecommunication Standardization Bureau by researching AI and robotics trends and helping deliver programmes and events. The intern prepares stakeholder communications, event plans and participant information, assists with logistics and implementation, and contributes to work supporting emerging-technology engagement and standardization activities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Research emerging trends in artificial intelligence and robotics
- Prepare internal updates on AI and robotics developments
- Draft stakeholder correspondence and maintain stakeholder lists
- Support planning, promotion and implementation of AI and robotics events
- Prepare event timelines, checklists and run-of-show documents
- Provide logistical information and respond to attendee inquiries
- Provide administrative support for work-programme implementation
Role Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration, international relations or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Be under 30 years of age, subject to stated exceptions
- Be enrolled in or recently graduated from a qualifying programme
- Citizenship of an ITU Member State
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of another UN language
- Excellent written and spoken French
