Summary of Responsibilities

- Ensure equipment, systems, roads and buildings support JWC outputs
- Define maintenance requirements and coordinate upgrades
- Manage engineering and maintenance funds and space allocation
- Chair site-management and health-environment-safety committees
- Provide assurance on NATO infrastructure-support resource use
Role Requirements
- University degree in building or civil engineering with four years experience or vocational alternative
- At least four years project planning, infrastructure and budget management experience
- At least four years Health, Environment and Safety implementation experience
- English upper-intermediate or advanced

- NATO resource-procedure knowledge
- Project or risk-management certification
- Norwegian language
