Responsibilities
- Lead the country programme team and supervise the Programme Associate
- Prepare annual workplans, budgets and performance objectives
- Manage grant allocations and ensure financial and procedural compliance
- Guide project design, selection, monitoring and evaluation
- Coordinate the National Steering Committee and stakeholder workshops
- Develop donor partnerships and mobilise programme resources
- Document results and disseminate lessons across knowledge networks
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant environmental, economic, policy, legal or management field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least two years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Nationality of São Tomé and Príncipe
