Senior Technician (Cyber Security – Endpoint Security)

Supports NATO's Cyber Security Centre in Mons with lifecycle management of endpoint-security services. The Senior Technician provides NATO-wide endpoint protection support, tests and configures enterprise tools, monitors malware threats, applies security patches and firmware, and resolves platform issues to strengthen endpoint resilience, protect information systems and sustain services.

• Provide NATO-wide endpoint-protection support
• Manage the release, testing, distribution and maintenance lifecycle for endpoint tools
• Develop settings and installation and configuration guidance
• Monitor malware trends and security-protection products
• Review and install firmware, security patches and upgrades for Microsoft services
• Provide remediation plans and technical support for servers and workstations

• Higher vocational training with 2 years of post-related experience or secondary education with 4 years
• At least 2 years of practical security-infrastructure implementation and maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of endpoint-protection solution support experience
• Fluency in English
