Job Description
This local staff role supports ADB’s Mongolia Resident Mission with administration and operations. The Senior Operations Assistant coordinates the Country Director’s calendar, travel, correspondence and meetings; manages office records and logistics; and liaises with government, development partners and headquarters to keep mission activities, visits and events running effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage the supervisor's calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, travel and accommodation
- Prepare correspondence, reports and documents and handle routine communications independently
- Coordinate team travel, meetings, materials, minutes, records management and file maintenance
- Liaise with government agencies, development partners, external stakeholders and ADB Headquarters
- Coordinate headquarters missions, senior-management visits and institutional events
- Manage workplace logistics, office space, equipment, security arrangements and supplies
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, public administration, business administration or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience in administrative support, office coordination or project support
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard office applications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Open only to Mongolian nationals and permanent residents
