Senior Administrative and Cash Based Interventions Associate

Manages administrative, logistical and cash-based intervention requirements for IOM Costa Rica, supporting programme delivery through office coordination, partner-facing logistics, financial oversight, CBI systems and supervision of support staff.

• Manage confidential correspondence and documentation, ensuring accurate routing and timely responses
• Serve as a reference point for procedural and administrative matters
• Research and prepare briefing materials for the supervisor
• Manage the supervisor's calendar, meetings, travel and visits
• Review office publications and reports for formal and stylistic consistency
• Coordinate high-level meeting logistics and briefing materials
• Process human-resources, contracts, procurement, accounting, finance and logistics actions
• Plan and supervise cash-based intervention activities and financial delivery
• Develop operating procedures and technical guidance for cash-based programming
• Supervise administrative and logistics support staff

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with seven years
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid residence and work permit for Costa Rica
