Responsibilities

  • Explain migration health-assessment procedures to applicants by phone and email
  • Register migrants, schedule appointments and communicate messages to medical staff
  • Prepare appointment lists and maintain daily health-assessment statistics
  • Verify applicant identities and enter biodata in the approved platform
  • Process medical forms, x-rays, consent documents and examination records
  • Package and transmit medical files and DNA documentation to partners
  • Maintain correspondence, reports, financial proofs and medical records
  • Support reception, call-centre and mobile health-assessment activities as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Management, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field with two years of experience, or secondary education with four years of experience
  • Experience in data entry, data analysis or call-centre operations in a busy institution
  • High computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least sixty words per minute
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule

  • Special short-term graded contract for up to nine months
  • The selection may be used for similar positions for 24 months
