Roster - UX Researcher Consultant

ITU is building a roster of UX Researchers to support digital transformation initiatives, including website redesign, member and conference participant experiences, and document management systems. Consultants plan and conduct user research, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and service design.

• Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing and ethnographic studies
• Analyse user behaviours, needs and motivations
• Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations
• Create personas, journey maps and user stories
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers
• Support participatory design and co-creation workshops

• Advanced university degree in human-computer interaction, user experience, psychology, social sciences or related field
• At least 5 years of experience conducting UX research and applying human-centered design in digital product development
• Advanced English required

• Experience in international organizations or multi-stakeholder environments desirable

• Daily fee USD 280 to 650 depending on experience
• 6-month contract duration
