ITU is building a roster of UX Researchers to support digital transformation initiatives, including website redesign, member and conference participant experiences, and document management systems. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing and ethnographic studies
- Analyse user behaviours, needs and motivations
- Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create personas, journey maps and user stories
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers
- Support participatory design and co-creation workshops
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human-computer interaction, user experience, psychology, social sciences or related field
- At least 5 years of experience conducting UX research and applying human-centered design in digital product development
- Advanced English required
