Job Description

The Reports Associate will help UNICEF Mali deliver accurate, timely and results-focused donor reporting. Under the Reports Specialist, the volunteer will review, edit and coordinate reports, verify programme evidence, maintain reporting schedules and archives, and gather results stories and documentation that demonstrate impact for children while supporting fundraising, accountability and resource mobilisation.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Review donor reports for quality, coherence and clarity
  • Proofread, edit and translate reporting content
  • Verify figures, indicators and commitments with source documents and programme teams
  • Maintain reporting schedules and track deadlines
  • Coordinate programme inputs and consolidate donor reports
  • Maintain electronic archives for donor documentation
  • Collect evidence and results stories for donor reports and fundraising

Role Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in donor reporting, planning and monitoring, partnerships, communication, journalism, auditing or related programmes
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Reporting, drafting and data-verification skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and database management

Desired Criteria

  • International experience or experience with UN or international development organisations
