Provides surge policy, coordination, results-tracking and communication capacity to UNDP Bangladesh’s governance and justice reform project. The volunteer supports engagement with justice institutions, researches digital and institutional reform options, coordinates partners and pilots, and produces evidence-based donor, policy and communication products that make reform progress accessible to decision makers.

• Coordinate reporting and communication expert activities with public-sector counterparts
• Monitor progress, data quality and operational risks
• Prepare technical reports and evidence for decision-making
• Support capacity building and follow-up on agreed actions

• At least seven years of relevant professional experience
• At least three years of substantive policy research, governance or justice-programming experience
• Working proficiency in English and Bengali
• Knowledge of Bangladesh governance and justice sector

• Experience in justice-sector reform or court digitisation
• Experience with AI-enabled transcription or language technologies
• Experience with UNDP or another United Nations entity
