Appui à la mise à jour de la Politique Nationale de la Jeunesse - Groupe 1

Supports the Direction de la Jeunesse et Rayonnement International within Madagascar’s Ministry of Youth and Sports to update the National Youth Policy through an online volunteer campaign. The assignment combines public communication, inclusive consultations, youth and diaspora engagement, community mobilisation, surveys and impact reporting to help shape a more equitable, participatory and territorially responsive policy.

• Disseminate awareness messages on the National Youth Policy update across social platforms
• Support stakeholder and youth consultations on the policy update
• Engage diaspora, vulnerable, disabled and marginalised young people
• Encourage community discussion and civic mobilisation around the policy
• Contribute to surveys assessing the current National Youth Policy
• Track, report and assess the communication campaign’s impact

• Professional French and English communication skills
• Understanding of human rights and youth engagement
• Community-engagement and writing experience

• Postgraduate degree in humanities, social sciences, Malagasy language and literature, information and communication sciences or international relations
• Applications from young people with disabilities, the Malagasy diaspora, vulnerable and marginalised groups are encouraged
