Supports ADB’s Indonesia Resident Mission to keep its sovereign-project portfolio moving through implementation and completion. The role combines project administration, procurement and disbursement follow-up, performance and financial analysis, government coordination and mission support, helping implementing agencies meet loan covenants, resolve issues, monitor risks and deliver results.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review bid documents, prepare project-performance reports and follow up on executing-agency obligations
- Process disbursements and review withdrawal applications against loan agreements
- Update contract and financial information in PCSS and LFIS
- Analyse awards and disbursements against targets and address shortfalls with executing agencies
- Coordinate government data and status-report requests for ADB-assisted projects
- Support project missions, aide-memoires and actions to improve project performance
- Monitor project risks and support capacity-development activities for implementing agencies
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, social development, engineering or a related discipline
- At least five years of relevant work experience, including experience in international agencies
- Knowledge of multilateral development-bank operational processes
- Experience implementing and monitoring multilateral-development-bank-funded projects
- Excellent oral and written English
- Indonesian nationality or permanent residency
