Job Description
Provide technical support to ILO's TRIANGLE Partnerships programme, strengthening migrant workers' skills development and recognition across ASEAN. The officer will plan and monitor skills activities, advise project staff and national partners, backstop country workplans, coordinate specialists and donors, conduct research, develop training, promote labour standards and support programme delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical inputs for planning, monitoring and evaluation of skills project activities
- Advise project staff and national partners on project design and implementation
- Backstop national workplans with National Programme Coordinators
- Coordinate ILO specialists, staff and external stakeholders around programme activities
- Conduct research and prepare regional and country analyses reports and discussion notes
- Develop training materials and conduct seminars and workshops
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in economics, management, social science or law, or a first degree with two additional years of relevant experience
- At least five years of professional experience including two years of field experience
- Excellent English
Desired Criteria
- Skills certification and recognition experience is prioritized
- Labour migration, private-sector engagement or climate-change knowledge is an advantage
