Supports UNDP Chad’s Nature, Climate and Energy portfolio through project follow-up, consultant coordination, technical research, policy drafting, communications and knowledge capture on renewable energy, climate action, environmental management and sustainable development.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, implementation and reporting across the portfolio
  • Track consultants, contracts, deadlines and technical deliverables
  • Conduct research and technical analysis on energy, climate and environmental topics
  • Draft concept notes, thematic briefs and technical summaries
  • Prepare presentations, reports, articles and event documentation
  • Document good practices, partnership opportunities and relevant financing calls

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in energy, environment, sustainable development or a related technical field
  • At least one year of experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, environmental policy, climate strategy or sustainable development
  • French proficiency
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and collaborative tools

Desired Criteria

  • English language knowledge
