Job Description

Joins WFP Lebanon’s Partnerships Unit in Beirut as a national UN Volunteer supporting donor relations, resource mobilisation and grant accountability. The role compiles partnership information, manages reporting systems and records, drafts donor-facing products, analyses and visualises data, and coordinates with programme, budget, supply-chain, finance and communications colleagues.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Compile information from programme and budget units for proposals, reports, briefings and correspondence
  • Respond to information requests and facilitate timely sharing with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain Salesforce records, reporting calendars and donor-tracking tools
  • Manage partnerships records and online repositories for accurate and accessible information
  • Draft, review and proofread reports, documents, presentations and correspondence
  • Collect, organise, analyse and visualise data for reporting, donor engagement and decision-making

Role Requirements

  • Experience supporting donor relations, partnerships, resource mobilisation, grants management, programme support or project coordination
  • Experience drafting donor reports, proposals, concept notes, briefing notes or professional correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare reports and correspondence in English
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Desired Criteria

  • Experience using data visualisation, reporting, information-management or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working with UN agencies, NGOs, government institutions, development partners or donor-funded programmes
