Job Description

Coordinates data reporting, quality control and analysis for IOM’s Global Teleradiology and Quality Control Center. The officer improves reporting systems and data quality, produces statistical and research outputs, supports quality-control case review, trains staff and country operations, and works with ICT and radiology teams to strengthen migration-health evidence and operational decisions.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate data monitoring, cleaning, processing and analysis for reporting
  • Review and guide routine Teleradiology statistical and quality-control reports
  • Compile data from Teleradiology systems and prepare statistical reports
  • Coordinate development and enhancement of Teleradiology reporting systems
  • Monitor quality-control processes and analyse discrepant radiology cases
  • Prepare training materials and train staff on data management and reporting

Role Requirements

  • Master’s or equivalent or higher degree in Biostatistics, Public health research, Epidemiology or a related field, or a university bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, public health research, Epidemiology or a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge and skill in using statistical packages such as STATA and/or R

Desired Criteria

  • Experience in migration health work, screening health assessments and public health research
  • Experience with digital radiology and Teleradiology dataset systems
