National PAHO Consultant - Resistencia a los Antimicrobianos (RAM-MPTF)

Provides national technical support to PAHO’s Honduras project for a multisectoral response to antimicrobial resistance. The consultant will plan and monitor activities, coordinate health, animal-health and environmental partners, strengthen One Health governance and technical instruments, and deliver project reports, legal reviews, national-plan inputs and communication products.

• Support project microplanning, activity monitoring and progress reporting
• Coordinate national institutions and the antimicrobial-resistance intersectoral committee
• Review legal frameworks and update technical instruments and the national multisectoral plan
• Support national congress and awareness-week activities
• Prepare technical documents, reports and consultation outputs

• Health professional in medicine, microbiology, pharmacy, nursing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in health-project management, results-based management or public health
• Spanish fluency
• Honduran nationality or valid work permit

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, microbiology, pharmacy, global health or project management
