Job Description
UNICEF seeks a remote MNCAH Data Scientist in Florence to strengthen the Integrated Health Analytics Unit’s global maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health database. The consultant will maintain data products, improve reporting workflows and support country analytics through the AHEAD project. The role brings statistical analysis and database expertise to timely global health data

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the global MNCAH database
- Expand workflows for administrative, modelled and subnational data
- Develop MNCAH data products and reporting processes
- Support SDG and Strategic Plan health reporting
- Build the AHEAD analytics package for country decision making
- Respond to country requests for custom health analytics
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, demography, public health, social sciences, epidemiology, statistics or a related field
- Two years of experience in statistical data processing, data analysis and statistical database development or maintenance
- Proficiency in English

- Experience analyzing, compiling and presenting MNCAH data
