Supports UNFPA Burundi’s professional internship programme as an online volunteer mentor focused on visual communication and infographics. The assignment designs report layouts, data visualisations, social-media and donor materials, advocacy multimedia, a programme-capitalisation booklet and timeline, while developing reusable presentation and document templates for future programme cycles.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design professional report layouts that follow UNFPA visual branding
- Transform complex tables into clear infographics, coverage maps and impact charts
- Create fact sheets and visual social-media carousels that summarise key figures
- Develop donor visual packages for accountability and resource mobilisation
- Produce advocacy multimedia including digital banners, newsletters and accountability infographics
- Lay out a capitalisation booklet documenting programme practices and lessons learned
- Create a timeline visualising historic milestones and systemic changes
- Develop presentation and document templates for the next programme cycle
Role Requirements
- University-level Master/BAC education in Communication, Infographics or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken French, English and Kirundi
- Basic knowledge of administration and project management
