Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop social-media content in Arabic and English
  • Draft and edit captions, short social-media copy and campaign messages
  • Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube
  • Follow relevant social-media trends and suggest suitable creative formats
  • Develop Reels, short videos, carousels, quote cards and other digital content
  • Support efforts to increase audience reach, engagement and interaction
  • Review social-media performance and identify effective content and formats
  • Contribute to communications and advocacy campaigns

Role Requirements

  • Background or studies in communications, media, journalism, marketing, digital communications or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
  • Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and coordinate remotely with team members

Desired Criteria

  • Understanding of methods to improve social-media reach, engagement and audience interaction
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation and editing tools
  • Basic knowledge of social-media analytics and performance indicators
