Responsibilities
- Quality-assure meeting transcripts and reports through proofreading and structured error audits
- Verify speaker identities against official rosters and meeting programmes
- Research Asia-Pacific environment and development topics for background notes and case studies
- Prepare briefing material and thematic or agenda mappings
- Review draft reports against United Nations editorial and house style
- Validate structured extractions including country requests and thematic tags
- Organise the meeting-report knowledge base and document follow-up actions
Requirements
- Enrolment in or completion of a relevant graduate programme, or enrolment in or completion of the final year of a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written English and demonstrated editing or proofreading ability
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and structured documents
- Attention to detail, disciplined source checking and reliability in repetitive verification tasks
- Fluency in spoken and written English
