Job Description
Supports implementation of the enterprise risk-management framework in the Enterprise Risk Management Section. The assistant coordinates ERM application rollout and reporting, analyses risk-register information, administers third-party system access, supports programme monitoring and budget processes, and prepares data, correspondence, reports and visual materials for decision-making.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework
- Research, compile and summarise analyses of Secretariat-wide risk registers and related documents
- Coordinate ERM application planning and rollout in the Umoja SAP GRC module
- Update master data and support deployment and post-deployment activities for the ERM application
- Administer third-party access to the ERM application and serve as security liaison assistant
- Monitor programmes and projects, analyse data and support budget revisions and financial authorisations
- Coordinate programme implementation activities and follow up on administrative actions
- Prepare databases, periodic reports, statistical tables, correspondence and visual information materials
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least seven years of experience in programme or project administration, technical cooperation or a related area, reduced to five years for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher
- English at the required UN language level
- Authorisation to work for the United Nations in the duty station for applicants in the General Service and related categories
Desired Criteria
- Experience with enterprise risk management implementation at the international level
- Experience supporting enterprise risk management processes through system-based tools such as Umoja or SAP
- Experience in data handling, reporting or supporting system implementation and user processes
