Management and Programme Analyst

Implements enterprise risk management across the UN Secretariat from Valencia. The analyst supports policy and methodology, Umoja-based risk registers and treatment plans, surveys and data analysis, client workshops, training and reporting to strengthen Secretariat-wide risk and internal-control practices.

Department: Enterprise Risk Management Section, Accountability Service

• Implement and monitor the enterprise risk-management framework
• Support Umoja risk tools, registers and treatment plans
• Analyse programme, survey and system-generated data
• Facilitate client workshops and change action plans
• Research policy and prepare reports and studies
• Train risk focal points and support user adoption

• Relevant advanced degree, or first degree plus two additional years
• Five years of ERM, programme management or administration experience
• ERP-based enterprise-risk experience
• Dashboard, reporting and user-adoption experience
• English at UN Level II

• Work arrangement: onsite.
• Contract duration: Initial 1-year appointment subject to funding.
