Llamadas de teleorientación nutricional y monitoreo a PAT (WFP-PANTBC)

Supports WFP’s nutrition intervention for people affected by tuberculosis through online teleorientation and monitoring calls. The volunteer shares approved nutrition information, records activity data in MoDa, reports incidents and safeguards personal data while following established scripts, protocols and boundaries on independent clinical advice.

• Complete training on the project framework, nutrition content and activity flow
• Make teleorientation calls to people supported by the WFP intervention
• Provide respectful and high-quality telephone guidance using approved materials
• Record information in the MoDa platform following WFP instructions
• Report situations and incidents to the WFP team
• Protect personal data and confidential information under WFP policies
