Job Description
Leads knowledge-management and communications systems for UNDP’s provincial and local governance programme in Nepal. The analyst designs strategies, repositories and learning approaches; supports government capacity; develops knowledge products and communications; and monitors outreach. The role embeds gender and social inclusion across programme knowledge, visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the programme knowledge-management strategy and repository
- Strengthen knowledge exchange through communities of practice and learning products
- Prepare analytical reports, web analytics and communication materials
- Support online knowledge-management tools and capacity building
- Embed gender and social inclusion in knowledge products, communications and outreach
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in communication, journalism, international relations, sociology, public administration or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed field plus at least two years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Nepali
Desired Criteria
- Experience in knowledge management and producing technical documents
- Experience with social media outreach and communications on governance
- Experience using graphic design or video editing software
- Experience designing knowledge-management strategies and online communications tools
- Experience with gender issues and independent desk research
