Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop a framework linking planning, budgeting and financing
- Conduct comparative analysis and country diagnostics
- Prepare operational guidance and validation materials
- Facilitate technical consultations with Member States
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in economics, statistics, sociology, development studies or related field
- At least 15 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English or French
Desired Criteria
- Experience with Programme-Based Budgeting and MTEFs
- Experience supporting African governments on planning and budgeting reforms
