Intern: SheTrades Initiative

Supports the ITC SheTrades Data and Policy Team with event outreach, training logistics, project coordination, multilingual communications, surveys and beneficiary databases, helping women entrepreneurs and institutions participate in more inclusive and sustainable global trade.

• Organise workshops, webinars, trade missions, policy dialogues and other events
• Conduct participant outreach and prepare invitations and follow-up communications
• Coordinate project delivery with internal teams and external partners
• Prepare policy briefs, meeting notes, questionnaires and training materials
• Draft social-media and website content with the SheTrades communications team
• Create presentation materials in English, French or Spanish as needed
• Administer surveys and evaluation forms for project activities
• Maintain participant and beneficiary databases and upload records to ITC platforms

• Enrolment in a graduate programme, final-year bachelor's enrolment, or graduation from an eligible degree within one year
• Studies in law, business, international trade, sustainable development, economics or a related field
• Computer literacy with major office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Communication and analytical skills with clear written and oral presentation
• Fluency in English
