Integrity Specialist

Leads external investigations into alleged integrity violations in Asian Development Bank operations. The specialist manages an investigation portfolio, gathers and assesses evidence, prepares enforcement submissions, advises on integrity risks, improves policies and controls, and builds partnerships and staff capacity for fair, evidence-based investigations in cross-border settings.

• Lead investigations of alleged integrity violations
• Gather and assess evidence and prepare investigation reports
• Manage case allocation, priorities and investigation-team resources
• Prepare submissions to the Integrity Enforcement Committee
• Advise management on findings, enforcement options and risk mitigation
• Improve investigation policies, procedures and templates
• Deliver integrity training and preventive-control guidance
• Represent OAI in international forums

• University degree in law, business administration, finance, project management or a related field
• At least six years of professional experience investigating fraud, corruption and integrity matters internationally or across borders
• Experience leading complex investigations and supervising or coordinating others
• Excellent written and verbal English presentation skills
