Leads implementation and monitoring support for Bolivia’s Aula Conectada education model, coordinating the Ministry of Education, municipalities, schools and partners. The consultant strengthens digital pedagogy and connectivity, manages operational and budget follow-up, develops gender-responsive monitoring tools and dashboards, and delivers evidence and recommendations for national scale-up.

• Coordinate Aula Conectada implementation with the Ministry of Education, educational actors and municipal governments
• Follow equipment installation and connectivity with ENTEL and the Ministry of Education
• Develop standards for effective use of education platforms
• Coordinate digital-pedagogy training proposals for teachers and children
• Develop digital-governance arrangements and update the programme concept note
• Support budget, administrative, operational and logistics management
• Develop gender-responsive monitoring indicators, matrices and data-collection instruments
• Implement monitoring dashboards and produce technical progress reports
