Overview
Provides administrative services for UNDP’s country office, covering facilities, registry and mail, government liaison, customs processes, fleet coordination and service records. The clerk helps maintain compliant, secure and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Support office-premises administration, routine maintenance, repairs and facility services
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, registry records, filing and archives
- Facilitate residency permits, visas, customs clearance and other government liaison transactions
- Coordinate transport requests, driver schedules, vehicle records, maintenance, insurance and documentation
- Maintain service records, logs and tracking tools for the General Services Unit
- Support safety, security and office-environment compliance
Requirements
- Secondary education, with a university degree in business administration, social science, management or a related field given due consideration
- At least four years of relevant experience with secondary education, or one year with a bachelor’s degree, in programme support or operational work
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and internet software
- Fluency in English and Arabic
