Responsibilities
- Prepare event logistics, materials, equipment, signage and participant information packages
- Coordinate logistical arrangements with participating agencies, community representatives, vendors and service providers
- Set up registration areas, service booths, waiting areas and meeting spaces
- Monitor inventory and transport documents, equipment, supplies and messages across the venue
- Maintain orderly access routes, operational spaces and accurate event signage
- Record attendance, distributions, inventory usage and operational issues
- Dismantle event infrastructure, inventory reusable materials and recommend improvements after the event
Requirements
- Residence in St. Elizabeth
- Ability to work collaboratively with government agencies, community organisations, volunteers and UNDP staff
- Basic digital literacy for record keeping and communication
- Ability to perform light physical tasks involving event materials and equipment
- Availability for flexible hours and outdoor assignments during event preparation and implementation
- English proficiency
