Responsibilities
- Support logistical, procedural and operational workflows for intergovernmental meetings
- Implement digital meeting services and paperless document distribution
- Collect and analyse operational performance data
- Prepare reports to assess service delivery and resource allocation
- Support accessibility and inclusion initiatives for meeting participants
- Create and maintain operational guidelines and training documentation
Requirements
- Enrolment in or completion of a graduate programme, or enrolment in or completion of the final academic year of a first university degree
- Fluency in oral and written English
