Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support finance and budget planning, monitoring and follow-up
  • Maintain reliable financial data and prepare analysis and reports
  • Identify financial issues, risks, variances and opportunities
  • Support donor compliance and financial stewardship
  • Coordinate with programme and operations teams on resource management
  • Contribute to transparent and efficient use of financial resources

Role Requirements

  • Secondary education with desirable professional or university courses in budget management, finance or accounting
  • Six years of relevant experience in financial management, budgets, reporting, grants, payroll or internal controls
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of IPSAS, donor funding requirements, grants management and financial risk management
  • Experience supporting audit, assurance or compliance reviews
