Job Description

Builds employer partnerships and local delivery networks to improve employment, internship and training access for young women outside education, employment or training. The role assesses labour-market demand, coordinates field outreach and matching, and reports evidence to guide project implementation.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Assess labour-market demand and employer willingness to recruit NEET young women
  • Build partnerships with employers, associations and local stakeholders
  • Match candidate profiles with employment, internship and training opportunities
  • Coordinate employment-oriented training with local partners
  • Maintain field records, case studies and the interactive tracking database
  • Report progress, findings, risks and recommendations to the project team

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master's degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant human-resources or job-matchmaking experience
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Turkish

  • Private-sector partnership and employer-relations experience
  • Stakeholder relationship-management experience
  • Labour-market trend analysis and job-matchmaking experience
  • Monitoring and evaluation knowledge
  • AI and digital technologies knowledge for labour-market analysis
