Summary of Responsibilities
- Assess labour-market demand and employer willingness to recruit NEET young women
- Build partnerships with employers, associations and local stakeholders
- Match candidate profiles with employment, internship and training opportunities
- Coordinate employment-oriented training with local partners
- Maintain field records, case studies and the interactive tracking database
- Report progress, findings, risks and recommendations to the project team
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master's degree
- At least 2 years of relevant human-resources or job-matchmaking experience
- Fluency in written and oral English and Turkish

- Stakeholder relationship-management experience
- Labour-market trend analysis and job-matchmaking experience
- Monitoring and evaluation knowledge
