Job Description
Supports WFP Programme–DAS operations in Gonaïves, Haiti, ensuring beneficiary-data quality and secure delivery through SCOPE. The assistant cleans and imports partner lists, trains partners and enumerators, prepares registrations, configures field tablets, produces beneficiary cards and payment lists, and supports SCOPE data-management tools for accountable food-assistance operations.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control and cleaning of beneficiary lists from implementing partners
- Train partners on WFP beneficiary-list formats and their management
- Maintain data confidentiality with financial and NGO partners
- Import beneficiary lists into the SCOPE corporate platform
- Support planning and delivery of registration activities
- Configure tablets and train field enumerators for registration
- Print and verify SCOPE beneficiary cards and payment distribution lists
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Three years of experience in statistical systems or data management
- At least one year of database-management experience
- Perfect written and spoken French and Haitian Creole
- Haitian nationality
Desired Criteria
- Humanitarian or NGO experience
- Knowledge of English
