Job Description
Manages beneficiary and operational data for WFP resilience activities in Cox’s Bazar. The role maintains accurate enrolment, attendance, payment and reporting records across cash-based transfers and cash-for-work programmes, coordinating with field teams, partners and digital-systems specialists to strengthen accountability, reconciliation and timely donor reporting.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage beneficiary enrolment and attendance tracking in MoDA
- Prepare accurate payment-advice and attendance data for beneficiary payments and reconciliation reports
- Coordinate local distribution planning with cash-transfer, transfer-management and financial-service-provider teams
- Review weekly operational plans, monthly reports, distribution reports and reconciliation reports
- Manage COMET data and submit information for donor and external reporting
- Coordinate with MEAL, COMET, Digital Solutions and SCOPE teams on beneficiary engagement and payment digitisation
- Train cooperating partners and internal teams on SCOPE beneficiary management and related systems
- Monitor cash-for-work activities, cash distributions and resilience-project implementation in the field
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in programme operations, beneficiary management, cash transfer distributions or related fields
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bangla
- Bangladeshi nationality
