Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare technical inputs, diagnostics, context analyses and documents on comprehensive care systems
- Develop proposals for the design of care policies
- Collect baseline data for policy documents, concept notes and presentations
- Develop training content, tools and methodologies and facilitate capacity-building workshops
- Contribute technical inputs to UN Women advocacy and coordination with public and civil-society actors
- Prepare consultancy reports and progress updates in required formats
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in public policy, gender equality or related field, or two additional years of relevant experience
- At least five years of experience designing and analysing care policies, programmes or service models
- At least five years of experience designing and delivering workshops, training or courses on care or UN Women thematic priorities
- Experience working on care issues with public, private and international actors
- Spanish proficiency and advanced written and spoken English
