Supports UN Women Mexico’s work on comprehensive care systems by producing policy evidence, technical materials and training for public officials, women and civil-society organizations. The hybrid consultant develops care-policy proposals, facilitates capacity building and coordinates advocacy with public and civil-society stakeholders to strengthen gender-responsive care systems and wom

• Prepare technical inputs, diagnostics, context analyses and documents on comprehensive care systems
• Develop proposals for the design of care policies
• Collect baseline data for policy documents, concept notes and presentations
• Develop training content, tools and methodologies and facilitate capacity-building workshops
• Contribute technical inputs to UN Women advocacy and coordination with public and civil-society actors
• Prepare consultancy reports and progress updates in required formats

• Master’s degree in public policy, gender equality or related field, or two additional years of relevant experience
• At least five years of experience designing and analysing care policies, programmes or service models
• At least five years of experience designing and delivering workshops, training or courses on care or UN Women thematic priorities
• Experience working on care issues with public, private and international actors
• Spanish proficiency and advanced written and spoken English
