Consultant - Office of Procurement Services

Delivers procurement expertise for major projects managed by the IAEA procurement office in Vienna. The six-month consultant will conduct market and supplier analysis, produce procurement documentation, advise on strategies and risk plans, support evaluations and due diligence, and track supplier performance, and report progress to strengthen project procurement decisions and implementation.

• Provide procurement expertise and advice for major procurement projects
• Conduct specialised market research and supplier-base analysis
• Produce procurement documentation and reports for project portfolios
• Develop procurement strategies and risk plans
• Support procurement evaluation processes
• Conduct price analysis, benchmarking and supplier due diligence
• Develop supplier performance indicators and track portfolio timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, project management or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics or project management
• Fluency in English
